Tiffany A. Albert is senior vice president of Health Plan Business for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) <\/a>with oversight for new group sales, specialty benefits, account management, distribution channel partnerships and sales operations. Most recently, Albert was president and chief executive officer of Blue Care Network of Michigan (BCN) and a vice president at BCBSM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Albert is a member of numerous professional organizations and has been an active member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) since 1997. She is past president of both the Metro Detroit Association of Health Underwriters (MDAHU) and the Michigan Association of Health Underwriters (MAHU), where she previously served as vice president, secretary and treasurer, among other roles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

An active member of the National Management Association (NMA), Albert received the Detroit and Lansing chapters 2018 Executive of the Year award, as well as the 2018 National NMA Executive of the Year award. Albert, a graduate of both Leadership Oakland and Leadership Detroit, has been recognized for her leadership by a number of organizations including NAHU, MDAHU, Leadership Oakland, MichBusiness and Who\u2019s Who in Black Detroit<\/em>. Albert was named to Inforum\u2019s 2019 \u201cInner Circle,\u201d as one of Southeast Michigan\u2019s most accomplished and admired women in business, civic and community life. Albert was also recognized as the 2019 Outstanding Corporate Leader by the National Organization of Black County Officials (NOBCO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to serving on the board of Michigan Women Forward, Albert serves on the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) for the American Heart Association\u2019s Go Red for Women campaign, the Metropolitan Affairs Coalition Board of Directors and the Michigan Roundtable for Diversity and Inclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
